The continuing story of the 65 stealthgoat. The original owner removed the ėGTOė and arrowhead emblems and repainted from teal turquoise to stealth black in attempt to avoid tickets. When I bought it March 1998 my GTO was an old modified ėStreet Machineķ with Edelbrock Torker I, Holley DoublePumper, Tijuana interior, blacked-out trim, clear distributor cap, homemade ignition box, Cragars, ARA underdash A/C, cut off switches and alarms, strange custom wiring, buss bars, gauges, and to my surprise a house fuse box in the trunk. After a series of upgrades and fixes, in June 2002 I started the repaint back to original teal turquoise. |
