I took the front clip off to facilitate the engine swap. I figured I'd pull the engine and trans together. I mean heck, a th400 is more suited to the 400 I was putting in than the old worn out 2 speed, right? And since everything is out of the way, hmmm, didn't I have the disc brakes off a 72 Lemans laying around somewhere? Like I said insanity!
